Iraj Yazdi, President
Iraj earned a degree in Electrical Engineering and has a vast commercial real estate background. A licensed real estate broker and developer, Iraj began his construction career in the late 1980's building custom homes, multifamily, and commercial properties. His Los Angeles area development projects include several condominium buildings. Iraj initiated his property management business in 1991 by managing a few single family homes as a service to his investor clients. The business rapidly expanded to a full service management company with a sizable portfolio of residential income properties, homeowners associations and office space.
Coby Yasha, Senior Managing Director
Coby holds advanced degrees in Architectural and Electrical Engineering as well as an MBA. Soon after establishing a career in electronic engineering, Coby began investing in income properties and became a successful real estate developer. Coby's development endeavors include the completion of 7 multifamily projects in the Los Angeles area over the last decade. Building on 25 years of experience serving fortune 500 companies in the fields of electronic design and management consulting, Coby applies his expertise in technology, multifamily construction, engineering, and corporate business to providing a truly full service asset management experience.
Christina Temblador, Property Manager
A southern California native with a decade of experience, Christina handles properties from Beverly Hills to Santa Clarita to the South Bay. She is a member of the California Associate of Community Managers and maintains a Certified Community Association Manager designation. She's an expert in helping ailing associations become aesthetically and financially compliant and has an excellent reputation for educating clients in a thorough and friendly manner.
Laurel Sylvanus, Property Manager
With over 25 years of experience in the music, promotional marketing and property management industries, Laurel brings a wealth of organization, people and timeline management skills to her role as an HOA manager. She's a CACM member and credits ongoing education in conflict resolution and active listening with her superior customer service savvy. Laurel is known for her strong negotiation tactics, working hard to find the best vendor contracts for her client associations.
Nelia Janiola, Office Manager
A member of the Ontrack team since the very beginning, Nelia is the delightful first line of response for clients and vendors. She has a degree in Business Administration and over 25 years of accounting experience. Nelia worked as a bank auditor for 11 years and is extremely meticulous and detail-oriented. Always cheerful and ready to help, Nelia works well under pressure and is an expert at finding creative solutions to whatever issues may arise.
Rachel Singh- Accounts Payable
One of the most energetic team members in our accounting department. Rachel Singh has over 5 years experience in rental property management as well as bookkeeping/accounts payable and receivable, she is also certified in fair housing laws. She provides customer service, creates great business relation with vendors to ensure updated accounts for everyday business operations. Highly organized, very personable and well respected by all of our vendors and clients.
