Homeowners Association Management

One of our main goals is to exceed our client's expectations. We achieve this by offering a variety of services and education. Our managers take a pro-active approach to community management by advising the Boards and homeowners of new laws, explaining why updated policies and procedures are needed to run their association and genuinely wanting to help make their communities better places to live.

 

Our management program is flexible and allows the association to select the services that best fit its needs and budget. We offer three different management plans for you to choose from.

 

Management Plans

Financial Management: We will provide complete financial management of the association including collection of dues, payment of all bills, monthly financial reporting, funding of the association's reserve account, and more.

 

Financial and Maintenance Management: In addition to Financial Management, we arrange and supervise the maintenance of the common area. 24-hour emergency is included as part of this option.

 

Full Service Management: In addition to financial and maintenance management, we will distribute notices, conduct the first meeting (for new Associations), coordinate with the Board of Directors in complying with the year end administrative requirements, selection of a budget analyst to update the budget and perform reserves studies, and more.
